Product Description
This machine is specifically designed for the horizontal and vertical cutting of A4/A3 electrostatic copying paper and various other roll packaging paper, high-gloss photo paper, and paper-plastic composite materials. It can also feed multiple rolls simultaneously and can be connected to an automatic packaging machine. It is widely used in the copy paper processing industry.
Performance and features:
1. This machine is managed and controlled by PLC, featuring automatic counting, alarm and shutdown functions.
2. Unwinding allows for simultaneous horizontal and vertical cutting of multiple rolls.
3. Longitudinally slit A4 or A3 size, and the waste edges papers are removed and collected by the air pump.
4. Can be configured with an A4 paper packaging machine, automatically connected for packaging and forming. A3 size can not be connected with automatic packing machine.
- This machine is specially designed for cutting jumbo rolls into A4 or A3 size products.
- Main engine frequency converter adjust speed, computerized motion control with PLC(Panasonic, Japan) driver, Touchscreen control panel(Weinview, Taiwan), automatic meter counting, automatic fixed length cutting, automatic stop when reach the value had set on touchscreen panel, automatic tension control, and so on.
- Feeding roll is air shaft loading system with cylinders. (optional for automatic shaftless loading system)
- Unwinding unit, the tension is controlled by magnetic powder brake(1*10kg).
- Machine frame is steel plate with groove steel structure.
- Feeding fixed position with servo motor(YASKAWA, Japan), which makes the cutting precision within ±0.2 mm
- With edge position control device and waste paper edge discharging device.
