- This machine is specially designed for cutting jumbo rolls into A4 or A3 size products.
- Main engine frequency converter adjust speed, computerized motion control with PLC(Panasonic, Japan) driver, Touchscreen control panel(Weinview, Taiwan), automatic meter counting, automatic fixed length cutting, automatic stop when reach the value had set on touchscreen panel, automatic tension control, and so on.
- Feeding roll is air shaft loading system with cylinders. (optional for automatic shaftless loading system)
- Unwinding unit, the tension is controlled by magnetic powder brake(1*10kg).
- Machine frame is steel plate with groove steel structure.
- Feeding fixed position with servo motor(YASKAWA, Japan), which makes the cutting precision within ±0.2 mm
- With edge position control device and waste paper edge discharging device.

- This machine is specially designed for packing A4 size.
- It can be connected to A4 paper making machine, and also can work alone.
- When there are paper stacks conveyed in, then it will get to work, and when no paper stack conveyed in, there is no power consumption.
- It can automatically pack conveyed paper stacks by conveyor belts or paper stacks by manual laying. It adopts Multi-functional digit-display stepless speed regulation, by PLC driver (Siemens, Germany)control.
- It's equipped with touchscreen panel(Weinview, Taiwan) control, realizing human-computer interface.
- Automatic feeding and cross cutting wrapping paper. Tension controlled by magnetic powder brake, fixed length for cutting with servo motor, and photoelectric eye for web-guiding control.
- Common color printing paper, top grade color printing paper and film laminated paper can be used as outer wrapping paper.
